Exactly @AbrahamSolomon. I am asking about the implications of what you have stated. It is the implications that actually matter for our lives. The only reason to study scripture is to figure out what we are to DO about it - in other words, to work out what the implications are to our lives. If the ideas we have cannot be applied to real life, and are just hypothetical theological concepts, they are pointless.
I am trying to move past theology, and on to what this actually means for people. My question is, how do you apply your understanding of "one flesh" to real-world situations. In particular:
