My random thought of the day.
(I don't actually watch these shows btw, I just see ads and snippets of them various places around the net. )
Why do all the women on certain reality tv shows look the same? I'm talking The Bachelor, Love Island, Married at First Sight etc. And in different countries too! NZ, Australia, UK, USA. All the women look the same. They can be black, white, green for all it matters. They look the same. Are they all getting plastic surgery? Is it make up? Are they only choosing women that look a certain way on the show? Is it just their attitudes bleeding through (I already know how they're going to sound before they open their mouth).
It's weird and creepy. Why do people want to watch these shows?

Hahaha, not me! I don't want to watch them. But just going by the show titles you list, it would only be a certain type of woman who would participate in such stupidity so.... stupid show, stupid women participate. :)

My random thought for the day:
I just saw a headline of a news article "AM show host Ryan Bridge is engaged."
And the moment I saw it I thought "Oh another gay wedding." Which I then realised was weird. Why would it be a gay wedding? Why can't he be engaged to a woman? I mean, they report on tv people all the time so it's entirely possible.
But nope, he's engaged to another man and my first instinct was right.
Which then brings about a bunch of questions like:
1. Did I assume that because the news mostly only reports on gay relationships to push their agenda?
2. Are most tv people/reporters gay now?
3. Both?

It's a shame that, in this new world order, the thought that first springs to mind, and was subsequently proven to be correct, is the most ungodly. It seems the more we think the worst case scenario, the more likely we will be correct. How bad is that!

My favorite quote...

“For thousands of years, prophets and poets and politicians have used language and storytelling in order to manipulate and to control people and to reshape society,”

“Now AI is likely to be able to do it.”

... oh wow, you had me at manipulate and control.

If you follow the links you also see those people are involved with the Club of Rome who are calling for an 86% reduction in world population. What a lovely group of benevolent people they all are. NOT!

Reminds me of the Orange Catholic Bible from the Dune scifi novel - a "bible" that was pieced together from all existing holy books from all religions to create a basis for a new universal faith.

Good news:

May same fate gets every similar asshole.
Please, let’s clean up the language.
It’s not necessary.

And by that, you mean dollar signs instead of S’s?
That would help, but a different word would be preferable, imo.
I probably should look up our policy, seein as I’m shooting from the hip here.
