Yup - been there, done that.
Cities were always demographic sink.
EMFs, current ideologies, poisons only make it worse.
It turns out that those 'ideologies' go WAY back.
I have done a series of law (both Scripture and Constitutional, including English/Blackstone 'Common Law') shows with the foremost Common Law scholar I know. He refers to what some know as the "Law of the Sea" (Maritime Law, even as Roman Civil Law) as the "Law of the CITY," as opposed to the "Law of the Land," aka, the Common Law, as referenced in the Constitution.
