Work as meeting place was destroyed by Civil Rights Laws. Too much threat of lawsuit if something starts to happen.

Later age of entering marriage has weakened college and schools. Also same age is when people naturally meet many new people, so it has killed friends avenue.

My husband moved in next door/on the same property my folks were living on, so I guess we were neighbors....in the middle of nowhere! I don't see "divine appointment" but I think that is certainly still a reality. Met my sw through a mutual friend, then she was hired to help with the business. Extreme compatibility is never chance. BRICS is adding 6 new members - Ethiopia, Egypt, Iran, the UAE, Argentina and Saudi Arabia. The last is a very important development. A major focus of BRICS is dedollarisation - they are working on ways to trade in national currencies, discussing making a new currency, in the meantime considering using the yuan instead of the dollar, they've already got a bank established - lots of different things in this general line. While Saudi Arabia is crucial for the petrodollar. So to have Saudi Arabia join an organisation that is specifically focussed on moving away from trade in dollars is a serious geopolitical development.
