A few examples of what can contribute to better iron, magnesium, gut health, and cognitive function. - The main things that make you feel active, alert, and well-rested. The gut is also known as the second brain.

Outside of supplements, fasting, and drinking water, what are the top staple food items you can't live without that make you feel the most mentally sharp on a regular basis when you eat them?

For us it's dark leafy greens (raw or juiced), purple cabbage (raw or slaw), purple onions (raw or cooked), steak/beef tips, lamb, rosemary/herb-infused avocado butter, avocados, broths, apples, boiled eggs, colorful peppers (raw or cooked), micro greens, sprouted pumpkin seeds.

Sorry to be spoiler, but real answer is it depends on individual. More precisely what is limiting ingredient for specific individual.

I don't know any measurement system which can tell us that.

Reread the question.
Which one works for YOU?

Honestly, bacon 😋 (I'm going to give the Torah people heart failure) but it improves my mood, I have a piece every "morning" (more like lunch) with a scrambled egg and some fruit. For supper a steak or other meat, a big salad with lots of greens and a little homemade ranch dressing, also cooked vegetables. I have tons of energy after both of those meals.

Fatty ruminate meat. Mostly beef. Loads of brisket and ground beef with occasional steaks.

Beef that is from a good source, most the store beef is hit and miss if I am going to feel good after the MRNA infusion from it and maybe the occasional human that got blended in with it..

Yes
Good, free range, grass fed and finished beef with ZERO additives is a must for overall health, not just cognition.

The high mineral and protein content is good for men getting the know their wives (G rated version).

Pork for those who eat it is more of a concern currently. Not for long though. And I would imclud dairy in that list pretty soon, not just the meat
So guess who has been working with a couple of local'ish farmers to get bellies and making their own bacon of late.
My son loves bacon and the globalist grifting trash absolutely will not stop me from providing him with those good early childhood memories.
