Whoa, this is getting completely out of hand, better post before the thread is locked! Sorry if you found my wording offensive in the first post Seth, I purely found an interesting article and posted it here to see if anyone could help me to judge whether the sources were reliable or not. Bels has been most helpful in that regard, although your links are informative also Seth.
I had no intent to offend, so when I read your outright dismissal of the guy purely because of his Catholicism and homosexuality I was shocked enough to turn the same statements back on you in a jocular fashion. If you took offence at your own statement reversed, that only shows your original post was offensive to gay Catholics ...
I had hoped that by dismissing your objections humorously I could bring the discussion back to an objective consideration of the topic. Sadly that was unsuccessful. I might just have to discuss it with Bels by private message if we can't be civil in public.

An article or position of intererst to those who study the subjects of marriage and family and human sexuality was found and posted for discussion and further research.
Some of us took it in that light and enjoyed looking into it. Others got upset. As to the lengthy exchange between Bels and Seth, it had its moments ...
And wit that, I suspect it is time to move on. Please feel free to contact me if you have new information that SHOULD be posted, and I can unlock the thread. But for now, *ker-clunk*
