A case for Monarchy?

Bill of Right has too many holes. Let's starts with sound money, bribing voters etc...
"Sound money" was in the Constitution (twice, even) before the Bill of Rights was even ratified. There IS NO PROVISION whatsoever for the 'central government' to "print money," nor for Congress to abrogate its responsibility, and create an unconstitutional entity (the 'Fed') to do what they have no power to.

Central banking was one of the original big concerns going into the original discussions over the new constitution. The wisest of the founding fathers found it anathema.
