A very dear friend of ours who lives states away from us could sure use your prayers in the coming months. Her little girl who is 9-months-old has had some health issues for months and finally we were able to get a diagnosis of Hirschsprung's disease. In the coming months she has to have some genetic testing and biopsies performed as well as eventually a surgery to correct some of the problem. The precious little girl is lucky to have had such a persistent mommy caring for her. Our friend is understandably tired and frustrated. The biological father continues to have no contact and pay no support and our friend is living with another relative at this time but was informed she has to find her own place by the time her little girl is a year old. With extra medical issues, she is sure struggling right now. We are helping her every way we can but she could sure use prayers for her and her daughter. We are praying hard about a move to her area so we can help her more and if nothing else, I will travel there for the little one's surgery to be with the mother during that time.
Pray for the little girl's health and healing and best possible outcomes.
Pray for the mom to have peace and refreshment.
Pray for the mom's financial provision during all of this.
Pray for people's hearts to be softened so she has more time to move out.
Pray for God to show us the best way to help her whether from here or to move there.
