Is it legal in U.S? Should I use this matchmaking site?

I don't see how this can be legal within the USA. But, know of a couple people who "brokered" there marriage.
The test IF given only show condition at time of test, not what they may come into contact after testing.

You know, if I was considering for my first wife, a women from Vietnam that has been recruited and trained by a brokerage agency, there would be a few other things I would want to sort out, before enquiring of her disease status!
