I know that some of you who are friends with me on facebook and myspace already know this, but last week I suffered a miscarriage. This was especially devestating because I had had 3 miscarriages in the past and had 2 uterine surgeries last year to correct my problem, so we have no idea what went wrong this time. I had surgery Friday to remove the baby and then had complications over the weekend and had to be rushed into emergency surgery again on Monday. My husband and I are really having a tough time emotionally, and I am having a lot of pain (thank goodness for percocet!). Doc told me that everyone prayed for me during Monday's service and we appreciate that so much, I truly can feel everyone's prayers lifting us up out of despair. I would appreciate prayers from everyone..thank you so much for thinking of us during this dark time in our family. Also, we can't wait to see everyone at the retreat next month. It is the only thing I am looking forward to these days.
