Double dose of prayer for me

I have a double whammy today.

First off I went to the dentist today. It was supposed to be a simple cleaning and filling of 2 small cavities. Four rounds of novacaine later (and feeling each one) I still felt it when the nerve was exposed. The decay went so deep that the tooth is ruined, but they couldn't see it in the xray because of the placement. Anyway, long story short, if I feel pain tomorrow, I will need to have a root canal. Please pray that what they did today lasts until I can afford the rest of the dental work I need done.

Second, and this one is much more fun, I received a call today about a job I am interested in. I have to go in for testing next. Please pray that I do well at this and advance to the interview stage.

God is so good. Two days later and I have some jaw pain and pain from the injections but no tooth pain. This is a good indicator that I will not need that root canal, at least not right away. Thank you Lord!

I went and took that test today. It was math and since math isn't my best subject, I will not be too confident. I will hear within 7-10 days if they want to interview me. This job pays a lot more than what I currently make, it is people oriented (like I might actually get to talk to people instead of email all day?) and has awesome benefits, including tuition reimbursement. I want God's will in my life, so I won't pray that I get this job, only that God lead me to where he wants me to be.
