Canadian Judge Dismisses Polygamy Charges

They are thinking they can't win, its what the layers all over the country have been saying since the beggining.

Now I've got some freedom in more than just SK, its a very happy day. Case law means that that dismisal is precedent. I've been waiting on this for months, thought it would take years for them to let this case go. I've been following this closely untill I left, thanks for posting this.

Well, although it is slow, I believe this will be a direction for many judgments in the future.
