Biblical physical health

I am going to be studying what physical health and wellness means to God, the importance and commands...I'm pretty excited and just ask for prayer for open eyes and ears to some awesome things that I know He wants to teach me. Thanks in advance I'll likely be posting when I have some tangible info that I feel He's revealing to me.
