Any families practising polygyny in or around Brisbane, Queensland, Australia?

My wife and myself have been happily married for 22 years and we were sold under the monogamy only teaching until recently. We are feeling out God and if it's even something we would want to head towards in bringing in another wife.

It would be nice to be able to connect with someone local and talk about the day to day in Australia etc...

On this forum it's mostly Americans, 3 Kiwis, 1 Euro and 1 Aussie per my info. Sad.
 
There's the odd Aussie that comes and goes. They don't tend to stick around much which is a shame. Maybe you could help bring more on here :).

That is a shame, there has to be some already in Australia... although we don't really have any history of it. I see alot of polyamory and secular schools of thought happening now so I imagine there are believers out there too....

Hi and welcome to Biblical Families. Congratulations to you and your wife for seeing the truth in God's Word about marriage. As @FollowingHim2 said, there are Aussie folks who join the site, however it needs someone to get a local network established and keep it active. Maybe you can make some contacts there and generate the interest in biblical plural marriage. Best wishes.
